The results showed that the extracts of Ginkgo biloba and Pokeweed leaves both showed good killing activity against Plutella xylostella, and the killing activity increased with the treatment time and the concentration of the extract. Ginkgo biloba at each concentration The insecticidal activity of Plutella xylostella was better than that of Pokeweed leaf extract. After 72 hours of treatment at a concentration of 8 mg/mL, the corrected mortality of Plutella xylostella was 74.7% (Gbs) and 64.8% (Pal), respectively. LC50 The values are 2.95 mg/mL (Gbs) and 6.09 mg/mL (Pal); the plutella xylostella killing activity of the compound varies with the ratio of the two, and the best ratio is 1:11 (Pal:Gbs) , LC50 value is 1.24 mg/mL (lower than the LC50 value of each of the two), virulence index is 491.13 mg/mL (significantly higher than the sum of the two single-dose virulence indexes), and the co-toxicity coefficient is 152.92 (indicating The compound has obvious synergistic effect).

The above research results can provide experimental basis for the collaborative development of new biological pesticides by using Pokeweed leaves and Ginkgo biloba exotesta.

Ginkgo biloba with higher activity was isolated and purified from the ginkgo fruit. Using this as the lead compound, we synthesized "Yinguo" (originally "Lvdi", o-allylphenol) and "Yintai" (4-butyrylphenol) agricultural fungicides, and completed toxicity tests and environmental safety assessments. , Field efficacy test and small-scale and pilot-scale research, obtained temporary pesticide registration certificate, completed production technology transfer, and obtained large-scale application, which opened up a new way for the research of botanical pesticides in my country, but it was not transferred to formal registration .
