PCHi to be Rescheduled to March 2021

Since its inception in 2008, China-based PCHi has focused on promoting innovation in the cosmetics, personal care, and homecare ingredients industry through its conferences and activities. Today, PCHi is a leading exhibition for trade professionals, characterized by the quality of platforms for business exchange, offered to suppliers all across the world. Together with its renowned sister show, in-cosmetics, PCHi contributes by promoting trade, innovation, communication, and development across the global beauty industry. The PCHi Fountain Awards, which highlights the latest cutting-edge technologies, has become a driving force and a guide to further innovation within the industry.

Preparations to welcome over 600 exhibitors from 27 countries and regions, and visitors from 80 countries and regions to PCHi 2020 (originally scheduled for 26-28 February) were disrupted due to the global COVID-19 outbreak, and the event was postponed. Nearly half of PCHi 2020 exhibitors are based overseas and the ongoing pandemic and travel restrictions have made it challenging to have both global exhibitors and visitors come together. After a careful assessment of the current situation, and having first communicated with our exhibitors, we have made the decision to reschedule PCHi to 24-26 March 2021, which will be held at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center.

The exhibition dates may have been shifted, but the PCHi team remains steadfast in our dedication to offer the best service to our customers. While we are regrettably unable to meet face-to-face at PCHi 2020, the team will endeavor to provide comprehensive online and offline services to connect the industry. The recently-concluded PCHi Fountain Awards Online Ceremony attracted over 100,000 viewers, and showcased industry breakthroughs and innovations from the past year. In the coming months, PCHi will present the industry with opportunities to uncover ‘Insights to the Present and Forecasts for the Future’ through aseries of activities — including the PCHi Online Academy platform, the virtual NewTechnology & Product showcase, and the PCHi Technology Summit 2020 that will be held in Shanghai.

The future is limitless and we are well-poised for the journey ahead. From 24-26 March 2021, PCHi will set record gatherings of over 700 global exhibitors, nearly 30,000 visitors, and more than 100 industry experts in Shenzhen — one of the world’s most influential and dynamic technological innovation centers. We look forward to meeting with customers, partners, and industry friends from around the world then to create a brighter future for the beauty industry.
