With a Total Investment of 1 Billion Yuan, Tangshan Sanfu Invested in a Silane Coupling Agent Project with the Output of 15,000 Tons/Year
Recently, the Chinese company Tangshan Sanfu New Materials Co., Ltd. stated that the company’s current production of electronic grade special gas of electronic grade dichlorodihydrosilicone and electronic grade trichlorosilane are in the stage of gradually increasing volume.
Since the company's electronic gas products entered the market, the product quality has been highly recognized by customers. At present, the number of customer groups and sales volume of the company's electronic gas are growing.
On this basis, the company has planned an annual output of 500 tons of electronic grade silicon tetrachloride project. This project uses the company's high-purity silicon tetrachloride products as raw materials, which will help the company to enrich the variety of electronic grade special gas products in the future.
At present, the company's 15,000 tons of silane coupling agent intermediates and 73,000 tons of series products are in formal production.
Project name: Silane coupling agent project
The project is invested and constructed by Tangshan Sanfu New Materials Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 1 billion yuan and an area of 420 acres. The first-stage investment is 310 million yuan, mainly to build a silane coupling agent intermediate production line with an annual output of 15,000 tons, etc., which was put into production in October 2021.
The second phase investment is 327 million yuan, mainly building a production line for silane coupling agent series products with an annual output of 73,000 tons. The construction started in September 2020 and completed in December 2021.
The investment in the third phase is 363 million yuan, mainly building production lines with an annual output of 15,000 tons of silane coupling agent intermediates and 73,000 tons of silane coupling agent.
