New Outbreak of Infectious Salmon Anemia Virus in Faroe Islands

On May 29, 2024, the Faroe Islands Food and Veterinary Authority reported an outbreak of infectious salmon anemia virus (ISAV) to the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH). The outbreak was confirmed on May 27, 2024, within the Faroe Islands' exclusive economic zone.
