Types of protease
1. Papain

2. Pepsin

It not only plays the role of digestive enzymes, but also restricts the decomposition of chymotrypsinogen, carboxypeptidaseogen, phospholipaseogen, and other enzyme precursors, and plays the role of activation.
6. Carboxypeptidase
A class of peptide chain terminolytic enzymes that act on the free carboxyl terminus of peptide chains to release individual amino acids. Carboxypeptidases are enzymes that catalyze the hydrolysis of carboxy-terminal amino acids in peptide chains.
