EU Revises Maximum Residue Limits for Nickel in Certain Foods
According to the latest information in the Official Journal of the European Union, the European Commission has promulgated Regulation (EU) 2024/1987 of 31 July 2024, which amends the maximum residue limits for nickel (nickel) in food. The amendment relates to the maximum residue limits for nickel in Section 3 (Metals and other elements) of Annex I to Regulation (EU)2023/915. The specific revisions are as follows:
