According to the commodity market analysis system, as of December 11, the reference average price for 85% industrial-grade thermal phosphoric acid in China was 6,870 CNY per ton, an increase of 0.15% from the reference average price of 6,860 CNY per ton on December 5.

Market aspect
This week, the market price of phosphoric acid in China has slightly increased. As of December 11, the ex-factory quotation for 85% industrial phosphoric acid in Hubei region is around 6,800-7,000 CNY/ton, in Yunnan region it is around 6,600-6,900 CNY/ton, and in Sichuan region it is around 6,750-7,000 CNY/ton.
Cost aspect
Regarding yellow phosphorus raw materials, the market price of yellow phosphorus has risen this week. The supply of yellow phosphorus in the market has decreased, and most manufacturers are adopting a cautious attitude toward sales, focusing primarily on maintaining current prices. As a result, transaction prices for yellow phosphorus have increased. Downstream buyers are procuring according to their needs and mostly remain cautious, adopting a wait-and-see approach.

Phosphate analysts believe: Recently, the phosphate market trend has been steadily rising. The price of raw material yellow phosphorus has increased, adding to the cost support. Currently, the supply and demand in the phosphate market are stable, with downstream purchases made according to demand.
