InterPlas Thailand 2026 is recognized as ASEAN’s most comprehensive exhibition for plastics manufacturing technologies and one of Southeast Asia’s most influential plastics and rubber industry events. Organized by RX BITEC, the exhibition will hold its 33rd edition in Bangkok as part of the larger “Manufacturing Expo 2026,” a major industrial manufacturing platform covering plastics, molds, automotive manufacturing, automation, and surface technologies.
The exhibition focuses on the full plastics manufacturing value chain, bringing together suppliers of machinery, raw materials, chemicals, automation systems, recycling technologies, and advanced manufacturing solutions. According to official information, visitors will be able to explore products and technologies from more than 300 brands covering plastics processing, sustainable materials, industrial automation, and smart manufacturing systems.
Exhibit categories include injection molding machinery, extrusion systems, blow molding technologies, plastic packaging equipment, molds and tooling, CAD/CAM technologies, thermoplastic elastomers, pigments and masterbatch, synthetic fibers, rubber and elastomer materials, testing and measuring equipment, recycling systems, biodegradable plastics, bio-based materials, and circular economy solutions. Sustainability and environmentally friendly manufacturing technologies have become central themes of the exhibition as Southeast Asian manufacturers accelerate industrial upgrading and low-carbon transformation.
InterPlas Thailand serves a broad range of downstream industries, including packaging, food and beverage, automotive, electronics, medical devices, cosmetics, household products, furniture, and industrial manufacturing. The exhibition attracts engineers, procurement managers, OEM/ODM manufacturers, factory operators, and regional distributors from across ASEAN and international markets.
As part of Manufacturing Expo 2026, InterPlas Thailand will be held alongside several major industrial exhibitions, including InterMold Thailand, Automotive Manufacturing, Assembly & Automation Technology, and Surface & Coatings. Organizers expect the broader Manufacturing Expo platform to attract more than 90,000 industrial participants and showcase technologies from over 2,000 brands across 30 countries.
The exhibition is increasingly viewed as a strategic gateway into Southeast Asia’s rapidly expanding plastics and rubber manufacturing market. Thailand’s strong automotive, packaging, electronics, and export manufacturing sectors continue to drive regional demand for high-performance plastics, elastomers, recycled materials, and intelligent manufacturing systems. With growing emphasis on circular economy solutions and sustainable materials, InterPlas Thailand has become an important platform for companies seeking opportunities in ASEAN’s industrial transformation and supply chain diversification trends.
