The third batch of crude oil import permits for non-state enterprises in 2021 was released ahead of schedule,A total of 4.42 million tons,Among them, Zhejiang Petrochemical was approved 3 million tons, Oriental Hualong 750,000 tons, Dongying United Petrochemical was approved 420,000 tons, and Hualian Petrochemical was approved 250,000 tons.So far, the third batches of quotas have been issued a total of 162.25 million tons, down 12.08 percent year on year.
Due to the low number of quotas issued in the third batch, most local refineries did not get quotas, and there is a high probability that the fourth batch of quotas will be issued within this year. In addition, Zhejiang Petrochemical and Jiangsu Shenghong early also temporary application for crude oil quota, also may be issued later.
