Enterprises, institutions, and other production and business operators shall take effective measures to prevent and reduce air pollution, and shall be liable for the damage caused in accordance with the law.

Units and individuals that produce solid waste shall take measures to prevent or reduce the environmental pollution caused by solid waste.

5、Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China

Production and business units shall have the conditions for safe production as stipulated in this Law, relevant laws, administrative regulations, and national standards or industry standards; if they do not have the conditions for safe production, they shall not engage in production and business activities.

6、Emergency Regulations for Production Safety Accidents

The production and business unit shall conduct risk identification and assessment based on the characteristics and hazards of production safety accidents that may occur in the unit, formulate corresponding emergency rescue plans for production safety accidents, and announce it to the employees of the unit.

7、Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals

These Regulations shall apply to the safety management of the production, storage, use, operation and transportation of hazardous chemicals.

8、Measures for the Administration of Registration of Hazardous Chemicals

The country implements a hazardous chemical registration system. Hazardous chemicals registration implements the principles of enterprise application, two-level review, unified certification, and hierarchical management.

9、Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Production License for Dyestuff Intermediate Products

All enterprises, units and individuals that produce and sell dye intermediate products within the territory of the People's Republic of China, regardless of their nature and affiliation, must obtain a production license to be qualified to produce the product. No enterprise may produce or sell dye intermediate products without a production license.

The State implements a classified management and licensing system for the production, operation, purchase, transportation, import, and export of precursor chemicals.
