It is necessary to deal with the situation calmly, strictly and tightly implement the measures of prevention and control of the epidemic, the first time to interrupt the chain of virus transmission, and resolutely fight a good prevention and control of the epidemic blockade.

The meeting stressed the need to start with each case, at the very beginning of the discovery of the race, all-out attack, the first time the flow of investigation to trace the source, quickly lock the close receiver and other risk personnel, the case activities involved in the risk point of sealing control screening, the implementation of isolation and observation, nucleic acid testing and other measures to ensure that no one is missed, strictly prevent the spillover of the epidemic.

The city will strengthen health surveillance of primary and secondary school students and teachers, increase the frequency of nucleic acid testing, include people living with them in health surveillance, and report any history of travel to areas involved in the outbreak within 14 days. The city's out-of-school training institutions suspended offline training.

The meeting stressed the need for strict management of entry and return to Beijing, and the implementation of epidemic prevention policies such as restricting entry and return to Beijing for personnel from counties (cities, districts and banners) where there are infected people.

Do a good job of preventing hospitalization in medical institutions at all levels, strengthen epidemic prevention training, improve management measures and plug loopholes. Strengthen the centralised medical observation sites and staff reserves, and strictly regulate their management.
