FTSE-index

Following the official opening of the "NAA" trilogy on June 21 this year, in the early morning of August 24, Beijing time, Fushi Russell, the world's second largest index company, announced the quarterly adjustment results of its flagship index, the Fushi Global Stock Index in September 2019, raising the inclusion factor of Chinese A shares from 5% to 15% as scheduled. At the same time, the list of A shares in the second batch of the first phase of the FTSE Global Index System has been published, including 87 new Chinese A shares. Far Light Software (002063) is among them. The change will take effect before the opening of September 23.

FTSE Russell is a wholly owned company of the London Stock Exchange and the second largest index service provider in the world. FTSE GEIS is one of the core products of FTSE Russell Index Company, which includes more than 7400 stocks in 46 countries. FTSE GEIS is a stock index that tracks global emerging market indicators. Its index products have attracted more than $1.5 trillion of global funds, tracking global indexes and emerging markets. About 40% of the index funds in the field index are based on the FTSE Russell index system. It is reported that the compilation of FTSE Russell Index will take into account factors such as scale and liquidity. The listed A-share companies included in this study include leading stocks in the subdivision market or high-growth stocks. Far-Light Software has been successfully incorporated into the FTSE Global Stock Index System. Apart from meeting the conditions of FTSE Russell's stock selection, it is also soft to Far-Light. The business performance, development prospects and investment value of the company (002063) have been highly recognized.

A shares in FTSE Russell reflects the attention and recognition of foreign capital on the allocation value of China's A-share market, and also reflects the affirmation of China's firm opening-up policy by the international capital market, which provides a reassuring pill for investors of international financial institutions interested in investing in China's capital market. The passive incremental funds expected to bring about by this "getting rich" will exceed 10 billion US dollars. The Far-Optical software selected in the index system will also enter the foreign capital stock allocation pool.
