Sinopec won the IACEE Corporate Leadership Award
The list of the 2022 Continuing Engineering Education Enterprise Leadership Awards issued by the International Association for Continuing Engineering Education (IACEE), an unofficial organization affiliated to UNESCO, has been announced recently. Due to the successful practice and innovative measures of the "Chaoyang Project" training system for young talents, Sinopec and IBM jointly won this award, becoming the only Chinese company to receive this award in the past 10 years.
The Council of the International Association for Continuing Engineering Education commented that Sinopec's "Chaoyang Project" training system for young talents is systematically planning training paths, integrating innovative training models, integrating school-enterprise cooperation training, optimizing training organization operations, continuously improving training quality, and bringing together all parties. The superior resources and other aspects reflect the advanced nature, provide a model template for global enterprises, and demonstrate that Sinopec has world-class leadership in the field of continuing engineering education.
