Hengli and Yisheng Restart PTA Units in Dalian
Yisheng Dahua lowered the operating rates of the 3.75 million mt/yr PTA unit on Aug 18 and has recovered to full capacity gradually.
Hengli has restarted the 2.2 million mt/yr PTA unit that had been shut since Aug 10 for turnaround.
