Daqing Petrochemical Company improves the capacity of chemical material supply

After breaking the record of one million tons to 284 days, Daqing petrochemical ethylene production reached 1.058 million tons as of October 27. Since this year, in the face of the severe situation of tight supply of chemical raw materials and changeable market demand for products, Daqing Petrochemical has given full play to the advantages of refining and chemical integration to improve the capacity of chemical raw materials supply guarantee. In the first nine months of this year, 16211000 tons of chemical raw materials were produced, a year-on-year increase of 512000 tons, the highest level ever. In the face of the fact that the operating load of the refining system is low, Daqing Petrochemical Company, under the existing crude oil supply conditions, actively expands the capacity of chemical raw materials, on the basis of fuel balance, transfers kerosene from hydrocracking unit and the first-line component oil from atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit into naphtha, improves the final distillation point of naphtha from hydrofining unit, and increases the production of naphtha and other cracking raw materials. In the first nine months, 405800 tons of naphtha were supplied to ethylene plants, an increase of 112000 tons on a year-on-year basis. Seize the favorable opportunity of "large oil refining" to start production, Daqing Petrochemical Company optimizes the production process, flexibly adjusts the production load and product structure. The reactor temperature is the key index of naphtha production. The refinery increased the reactor temperature from 370 ℃ to 375 ℃, and the naphtha yield from 10% to 14%. Combined with wax oil balance and diesel oil production, the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit's second and first reduction lines were used as chemical raw materials. In the first nine months, 1.057 million tons of tail oil and heavy cracking materials were produced, and the total amount of raw materials exceeded 1.6 million tons.
