The overall control plan of Gulei refining and chemical integration project
The overall control plan for the integrated project of Gulei refining and chemical engineering was officially approved by the Engineering Department of the joint stock company, and the main control nodes and progress objectives of the project construction were defined to ensure the smooth realization of the overall objectives of the project. The approval of the overall control plan will further promote and accelerate the construction of the integrated project of Gulei refining and chemical industry, and ensure the smooth realization of all objectives of the project construction. Next, Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Company will further refine the relevant work plan, implement the management responsibility, standardize the management behavior, conscientiously organize the project implementation, and build the project into a "quality project, model project, safe project and clean project" in strict accordance with the overall control plan approved. The overall control plan for the integrated refining and chemical project of Gulei has taken a year and a half from preparation to approval. The control plan has been prepared since June 2018, following the principles of standardization, systematization and whole process control, in accordance with the basic procedures of Sinopec engineering construction, according to the characteristics of the project, combined with the project construction headquarters, and considering the work arrangements of design, procurement, construction, production preparation, start-up and completion acceptance as a whole, which is to guide the project HSSE, quality, progress, investment Programmatic document for the smooth realization of the five control objectives of the contract.
