A disease caused by the invasion of external evils such as wind, cold, dampness, and heat into the human body, which blocks the meridians and leads to poor circulation of qi and blood. The main manifestations are soreness or numbness, heaviness, difficulty in flexion and extension, or even swelling and burning of joints in muscles, tendons, bones, and joints. Clinically, it is characterized by gradual or recurrent attacks. The occurrence of arthralgia is related to the rise and fall of physical constitution, climatic conditions, and living environment.
