Function and Efficacy
This product has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and immunomodulatory effects. Anti-inflammatory effect: This product has a significant resolving effect on formaldehyde or egg white arthritis in rats, and its mechanism is caused by the hypothalamus affecting the pituitary-adrenal system. Analgesic effect: The mouse hot plate method, electrical stimulation method, and rabbit photothermal stimulation method all show that this product has a significant analgesic effect, and its effect strength is about 1/2.5-1/10 of morphine, and it is non-addictive. Immunomodulatory effect: This product has a significant inhibitory effect on the synthesis of cytokines IL-1, IL-2, IL-6, and TNF by human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, and can increase cellular immune function and reduce humoral immunity to varying degrees, indicating that it has an immunomodulatory effect. Other effects: This product also has the effects of lowering blood pressure, sedation, antitussive, and histamine release. Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 1 to 4 tablets at a time, 3 to 12 tablets a day, before meals or as directed by a doctor.
Adverse Reactions
Skin flushing, burning, itching, and rash; gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, loss of appetite, dizziness, headache, and sweating are occasionally seen; a small number of patients develop leukopenia and thrombocytopenia.
