Rheumatoid arthritis
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a systemic autoimmune disease with erosive arthritis as the main manifestation. The clinical manifestations of this disease are symmetrical, persistent polyarthritis mainly affecting small joints such as the hands and wrists. The pathological manifestations are chronic inflammation of the synovial membrane, formation of pannus, and destruction of articular cartilage and bone, which can eventually lead to joint deformity and loss of function. The prevalence of RA in mainland my country is about 0.2%-0.4%, with a total of nearly 5 million patients. The disease is characterized by being more common in women (the male-to-female ratio is about 1:3), and can occur at any age, with 80% of patients developing the disease at the age of 35-50. At the same time, the occurrence of rheumatoid arthritis may be related to differences in endocrine, nutrition, occupation, psychology and environment, bacterial and viral infections, and genetic factors.

Ibuprofen tablets are indicated for relief of mild to moderate pain. Ibuprofen tablets are also indicated for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Controlled clinical trials to establish the safety and effectiveness of ibuprofen tablets in children have not been conducted.
