pneumonia
Pneumonia refers to inflammation of the terminal airways, alveoli and lung interstitium, which can be caused by pathogenic microorganisms, physical and chemical factors, immune damage, allergies and drugs. Bacterial pneumonia is the most common pneumonia and one of the most common infectious diseases. The pneumonia we talk about in daily life mainly refers to pneumonia caused by bacterial infection, which is also the most common type of pneumonia. Before the use of antibiotics, bacterial pneumonia posed a great threat to the health of children and the elderly. The emergence and development of antibiotics once significantly reduced the mortality rate of pneumonia. However, in recent years, despite the use of powerful antibiotics and effective vaccines, the overall mortality rate of pneumonia has no longer decreased, and has even increased.

Sulfadiazine Tablets
Indication: Sulfonamides are broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs, but because many common clinical pathogens are resistant to this class of drugs, they are only used for infections caused by sensitive bacteria and other sensitive pathogenic microorganisms. The indications of sulfadiazine (excluding the compound preparations of this class of drugs and trimethoprim) are: 1. Treatment and prevention of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis caused by sensitive meningococci. 2. Combined with trimethoprim, it can treat otitis media and skin and soft tissue infections caused by Haemophilus influenzae, Streptococcus pneumoniae and other streptococci that are sensitive to it. 3. Astrocyte Nocardia. 4. An auxiliary drug for the treatment of chloroquine-resistant malignant malaria. 5. It is a second-choice drug for the treatment of cervicitis and urethritis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis. 6. 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine
Indication: Prevent pneumococcal infection, especially respiratory infection. In principle, it is suitable for people over 2 years old, and is especially recommended for high-risk groups, such as the elderly over 65 years old, especially those living in nursing homes; those with weakened immune system; those who are frequently hospitalized (such as due to diabetes, chronic bronchitis, respiratory insufficiency, heart failure, and tobacco or alcohol dependence); and those with immunodeficiency (such as due to splenectomy, sickle cell anemia, and nephrotic syndrome).
Heptavalent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine
Indication: 1. This product is used for infants aged 3 months to 2 years, and children aged 2 years to 5 years who have not been vaccinated with this vaccine (please refer to [Precautions] for high-risk groups). Recommended routine immunization program: basic immunization at 3, 4, and 5 months of age, and booster immunization at 12 to 15 months of age. 2. This product is used for active immunization of infants and young children to prevent invasive diseases caused by the 7 serotypes of pneumococci included in this vaccine (4, 6B, 9V, 14, 18C, 19F and 23F). Pneumococcus is a common cause of invasive infections (including sepsis, meningitis, bacteremic pneumonia and bacteremia), as well as upper respiratory tract infections such as pneumonia. Infants and young children under 2 years old are at the highest risk of invasive diseases. 3. The use of this vaccine should take into account the differences in the serotypes of pneumococcal diseases caused by different regions and the impact of invasive diseases on different age groups. This vaccine does not prevent infections caused by other types of pneumococci other than the serotypes included in the vaccine, nor does it prevent invasive infections caused by other microorganisms.

Urinary system infections: pyelonephritis, complicated urinary tract infection, etc.; 3. Reproductive system infections: acute prostatitis, acute epididymitis, uterine cavity infection, uterine adnexitis, pelvic inflammatory disease (metronidazole can be used in combination when anaerobic bacteria infection is suspected); 4. Skin and soft tissue infections: infectious impetigo, cellulitis, lymphangitis (adenitis), subcutaneous abscess, perianal abscess, etc.; 5. Intestinal infections: bacterial dysentery, infectious enteritis, Salmonella enteritis, typhoid and paratyphoid; 6. Various infections in patients with sepsis, neutropenia and immunodeficiency; 7.
