Ovarian fibroma
Ovarian fibroma is a common benign tumor among ovarian sex cord stromal tumors. Clinically, pelvic mass, pleural effusion, abdominal pain, menstrual disorders and other symptoms may occur. Some patients are asymptomatic and are only discovered accidentally during physical examination or surgery. Surgery is the main treatment. The cause of the disease is still unclear.
