Malignant atrophic papulosis
This disease is also known as Dego's disease, Kohlmeier-Degos syndrome, and lethal cutaneous and gastrointestinal arteriolar thrombosis. This disease is a disease in which small arteriolar endarteritis of the skin, intestines or other organs leads to thrombosis. The cause is still unknown, but it is believed to be related to autosomal dominant inheritance, autoimmune abnormalities, reduced fibrinolytic activity, and lentiviral infection. About 1/3 of cases only have skin damage. About 20% of cases involve the central nervous system, and rarely the eyes, heart, kidneys, and bladder may be affected. IgA may increase significantly.
