Congenital sensory neuropathy
Congenital sensory neuropathy is a group of diseases with diverse and easily confusing clinical manifestations. It is related to heredity. It is inherited in an autosomal dominant manner. The pathogenesis is still unclear. Recurrent acral ulcers that occur from birth, hand and foot ulcers are often caused by nutritional disorders and repeated injuries. The pain sensation in the acral extremities is reduced, but the sense of touch is preserved. There is currently no special treatment.
