Vulvar lichen sclerosus
Vulvar lichen sclerosus is a skin disease characterized by atrophy and thinning of the vulvar and perianal skin. Since skin atrophy is a characteristic of this disease, dermatologists still call this disease lichen sclerosus and atrophic. The lesions mainly invade the clitoris and its foreskin, labia minora, posterior labia joint and perianal area, and are the most common vulvar white lesions.
