Verrucous carcinoma of vulva
Verucous carcinoma of the vulva is a special low-grade squamous cell carcinoma, a special subtype of squamous cell carcinoma, with good histological differentiation and local invasive growth. Most of them are primary tumors that occur in macerated areas (such as the mouth, external genitalia, anus and plantar part), and can also occur on the basis of primary diseases such as chronic ulcers and suppurative hidradenitis drainage sinus. The tumor is well differentiated and low in malignancy. It slowly develops into a huge mass and can even block the vulva. Although the tumor looks terrible in the naked eye, it rarely metastasizes to regional lymph nodes.
