Systemic idiopathic telangiectasia
Generalized idiopathic telangiectasia. This disease is a telangiectasia of unknown cause that occurs in the limbs and trunk. It is more common in women aged 40 to 50. The cause is still unknown. The lesions first appear in the lower legs or along the nerves, usually in a linear arrangement, and may also appear as small hemangiomas. There is no specific treatment, but oral antibiotics may be effective for some patients.
