Intraungual onychomycosis
Nail plate infection caused by dermatophytes Trichophyton sudanensis and Trichophyton rubrum. Clinically, the affected nail plate shows diffuse milky white changes, and there is no keratinization and thickening of the nail bed. Antifungal treatment can be given.
