Osteitis fibrosa
Osteitis fibrosa is a high-transfer bone disease caused by secondary hyperparathyroidism due to chronic renal failure. The main cause is secondary hyperparathyroidism, which causes parathyroid hyperplasia and hyperfunction, leading to hypocalcemia, hyperphosphatemia, especially the deficiency of dihydroxycholecalciferol, late-stage bone lesions, skin itching, spontaneous tendon rupture, soft tissue calcification, etc. Clinically, it mainly manifests as the pathological changes of osteitis fibrosa.
