Orbital sarcoma ranks fourth in the incidence of orbital tumors. Rhabdomyosarcoma is the most common in children, while malignant tumors originating from the lymphatic system are more common in adults. Liposarcoma, fibrosarcoma, synovial sarcoma, and leiomyosarcoma are less common.
