Rhabdomyosarcoma is a highly malignant tumor and the most common soft tissue sarcoma in children. 20% of them occur in the pelvis and reproductive tract. Foreign studies have found that rhabdomyosarcoma in the female reproductive tract accounts for about 3.5%. Among them, vulvar rhabdomyosarcoma (accounting for 13%). It is easy to occur around the labia majora, clitoris and urethra. The tumor grows fast and metastasizes early.
