Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is a systemic disease that causes multi-system damage (skin, esophagus, gastrointestinal tract, liver, etc.) after bone marrow transplantation (BMT) and is one of the important causes of death.

Cyclosporine Injection
Indication: For treatment: 1. Organ transplantation: 1) Prevention of rejection of kidney, liver, heart, combined heart-lung, lung and pancreas transplants. 2) Treatment of transplant rejection in patients before receiving other immunosuppressants. Due to the risk of allergy to this product (see Precautions), this product can only be intravenously infused when oral administration is not possible (such as just after surgery) or gastrointestinal absorption is impaired. Such patients should switch to oral cyclosporine treatment as soon as possible; 2. Bone marrow transplantation: 1) Prevention of rejection after transplantation. 2) Initial prevention and treatment of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD).
