Sebaceous nevus
Nevus sebaceus is a proliferative disease caused by an abnormal increase in sebaceous glands in the skin. It is also called sebaceous hamartoma, organoid nevus, congenital sebaceous hyperplasia, etc. This disease usually occurs at birth or shortly after birth. It is more common on the head and face. The local tumor is light yellow and has enlarged sebaceous gland openings, which is the characteristic of this disease. Surgical excision is reliable.
