Adrenergic dependent torsades despointes ventricular tachycardia (ADTdpVT) is a clinical syndrome characterized by multiple ion channel abnormalities caused by genetic defects of multiple gene mutations, leading to prolonged Q-T interval, recurrent TDP, recurrent syncope and sudden death.
