Mycosis fungoides
Mycosis fungoides (MF) is a malignant tumor of T cell origin. Also known as granuloma fungoides, it is an epithelial skin lymphoma. It is characterized by the proliferation of helper T cells, and Langerhasns cells and interdigitating reticular cells also participate in the lesions. The course of the disease is chronic and progressive, with various forms of erythema and infiltrative lesions in the early stage, which later develop into tumors, and in the late stage, lymph nodes and internal organs may be involved.
