Symptoms include irritability, wanting to sit or lie in mud and water, red face as if slightly drunk, or light red cheeks, wandering, thirsty and wanting to drink water, or sore throat and asking for water but unable to drink, although the skin is very hot, it is not hot when pressed hard, or feels cold, and the feet must be cold, the urine is clear and white, the diarrhea is clear, the pulse is deep and thin or floating and weak, and it is about to disperse when pressed. The treatment should be warm and hot medicine, warming the middle and returning Yang inside, warming the lower and returning fire to the origin. If it is wrongly treated with cold and cool medicine, death will occur immediately."
