The main ingredient of this product is valacyclovir hydrochloride.
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Valacyclovir Hcl

This product is a prodrug of acyclovir. It is rapidly absorbed after oral administration and quickly converted into acyclovir in the body. Its antiviral effect is exerted by acyclovir. After acyclovir enters the herpes infected cells, it competes with deoxynucleoside for viral thymidine kinase or cellular kinase. The drug is phosphorylated into activated acyclosine triphosphate, which competes with deoxyguanine triphosphate for viral DNA polymerase as a substrate for viral replication, thereby inhibiting viral DNA synthesis and showing antiviral effect. The antiviral activity of this product in vivo is better than that of acyclovir, and the therapeutic index for herpes simplex virus type I and type II is 42.91% and 30.13% higher than that of acyclovir, respectively. It also has a high efficacy against varicella zoster virus and has very low toxicity to mammalian host cells.

Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets
Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride.

Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride

It has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, especially against aerobic Gram-negative bacteria. It has antibacterial activity against most bacteria of the Enterobacteriaceae family, penicillin-resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae, enzyme-producing Haemophilus influenzae and Moraxella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, etc. It has antibacterial activity against methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus, and only moderate antibacterial activity against Streptococcus pneumoniae, hemolytic Streptococcus and Enterococcus faecalis. It has good effects on Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma, and Legionella, and also has antibacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and atypical mycobacteria. It has poor antibacterial activity against anaerobic bacteria. Ciprofloxacin is a bactericide that acts on the A subunit of bacterial DNA helicase, inhibiting DNA synthesis and replication, leading to bacterial death.

Clarithromycin Dispersible Tablets
Active ingredient: Clarithromycin
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Clarithromycin

This product is a macrolide antibiotic, which has inhibitory effects on Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, and Pneumococcus, as well as some Gram-negative bacteria such as Haemophilus influenzae, Bordetella pertussis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Legionella pneumophila, and some anaerobic bacteria such as Bacteroides fragilis, Streptococcus peptostreptococcus, and Propionibacterium acnes. In addition, it also has inhibitory effects on mycoplasma. The characteristics of this product are that its antibacterial activity in vitro is similar to that of erythromycin, but its antibacterial activity in vivo against some bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, and Haemophilus influenzae is stronger than that of erythromycin. There is cross-resistance between this product and erythromycin. The mechanism of action of this product is to inhibit the association of the 50S subunit of the nuclear protein and inhibit protein synthesis to produce an antibacterial effect.
