Enoxacin
This product has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, especially high antibacterial activity against aerobic Gram-negative bacilli. It has good antibacterial activity in vitro against the following bacteria: most bacteria of the Enterobacteriaceae family, including Citrobacter, Enterobacter cloacae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteus, Salmonella, Shigella, Vibrio, Yersinia, etc. It often has antibacterial activity against multi-drug resistant bacteria. It has high antibacterial activity against penicillin-resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae, enzyme-producing Haemophilus influenzae and Moraxella. It has antibacterial activity against most strains of Pseudomonas such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This product has antibacterial activity against methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus, and only moderate antibacterial activity against Streptococcus pneumoniae, hemolytic Streptococcus and Enterococcus faecalis. It has good antimicrobial activity against Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma, Legionella, and also has antibacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and atypical mycobacteria. The antibacterial activity against anaerobic bacteria is poor. Enoxacin is a bactericide that acts on the A subunit of bacterial DNA helicase, inhibiting DNA synthesis and replication, leading to bacterial death.

Gentamicin sulfate
This product is an aminoglycoside antibiotic. It has good antibacterial effects on various Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, and has good effects on various Enterobacteriaceae such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteus, Salmonella, Shigella, Enterobacter, Serratia and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Neisseria and Haemophilus influenzae are moderately sensitive to this product. It also has a certain effect on Brucella, Yersinia pestis, Acinetobacter and Campylobacter fetus. It has a good antibacterial effect on about 80% of methicillin-sensitive strains of Staphylococcus (including Staphylococcus aureus and coagulase-negative Staphylococcus), but methicillin-resistant strains are mostly resistant to this product. It has a poor effect on Streptococcus and Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Enterococcus is mostly resistant to this product. When this product is used in combination with beta-lactams, most of them can obtain synergistic antibacterial effects. The mechanism of action of this product is to bind to the 30S subunit of the bacterial ribosome and inhibit the synthesis of bacterial proteins. In recent years, the number of Gram-negative bacteria resistant to gentamicin has increased significantly.

Indapamide
It is a sulfonamide diuretic that works by inhibiting the reabsorption of water and electrolytes in the dilution segment of the distal renal tubule cortex. The antihypertensive mechanism may include regulating calcium influx into vascular smooth muscle cells; stimulating the synthesis of prostaglandins PGE2 and prostaglandins PGI2; reducing the hypersensitivity of blood vessels to vasopressors, thereby inhibiting vasoconstriction. This product has little or no effect on cardiac output, heart rate and rhythm when lowering blood pressure. Long-term use of this product rarely affects glomerular filtration rate or renal blood flow. This drug does not affect the metabolism of blood lipids and carbohydrates.
