This product is a long-acting non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It can inhibit the activity of cyclooxygenase and reduce the synthesis of prostaglandins. Animal experiments show that the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of this product are weaker than indomethacin, but stronger than aspirin.

The structure is similar to that of papaverine. Single or continuous administration can increase blood flow to the brain, heart, kidneys and limbs. It can directly relax vascular smooth muscle to dilate blood vessels, and has a selective and sustained dilation effect on the brain, kidneys, blood vessels and coronary arteries, thereby increasing blood flow. The effect is weaker and more lasting than that of papaverine. This product can also promote collateral circulation. It has almost no effect on respiration, heart rate, cardiac output, myocardial oxygen consumption, blood pressure, etc.

This product is a fluoroquinolone antibacterial drug. It has strong antibacterial effects on Gram-negative bacteria, including Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus, Salmonella typhi, Salmonella paratyphi, Shigella, Enterobacter cloacae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Citrobacter, Serratia marcescens, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Neisseria meningitidis, Haemophilus influenzae, Moracata, Legionella pneumophila, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, etc. It also has moderate antibacterial effects on Gram-positive cocci such as Staphylococcus and hemolytic Streptococcus. In recent years, bacterial resistance to fluoroquinolones has increased significantly, especially in Escherichia coli, with a resistance rate of more than 50%. The mechanism of action of this product is to inhibit the bacterial DNA gyrase and thus kill bacteria.
