Aluminum Hydroxide Tablets

This product has anti-acid, mucosal protection, and local hemostasis effects. Its effects are slow and long-lasting, but its effectiveness is weak.

The calculated amount of aluminum hydroxide contained in each tablet of this product shall not be less than 0.135g.

Used to relieve stomach pain, heartburn, and acid reflux caused by excessive stomach acid.

Oral administration: Adults take 2-3 tablets at a time, 3 times a day, chew and take 1 hour before meals.

1. Long-term use by the elderly may cause osteoporosis. 2. Long-term use by patients with renal insufficiency may cause aluminum accumulation poisoning and mental symptoms.

In case of appendicitis or acute abdomen, taking this product may aggravate the condition and increase the risk of appendicitis perforation, so it should be prohibited.

1. Avoid taking other drugs within 1 hour after taking the medicine, because aluminum hydroxide can combine with other drugs to reduce absorption and affect the efficacy. 2. Taking this product with enteric-coated tablets can accelerate the dissolution of enteric-coated tablets, so they should not be used together. 3.
