Appearance
This product is a white freeze-dried block or powder; it is hygroscopic and easily soluble in water.
Indication
Used as an adjuvant treatment for post-traumatic brain syndrome and its sequelae.
Usage and Dosage
Intramuscular injection, 20 mg at a time, 1 to 2 times a day (20-40 mg); For intravenous drip, 20 mg is added to 250 ml of 5% glucose injection or normal saline, or 40 mg is added to 500 ml of 5% glucose injection or normal saline and slowly dripped intravenously.
Adverse Reactions
Occasionally, there is fever and rash, which disappear after stopping the drug. A very small number of patients have transient mild elevation of alanine aminotransferase, which returns to normal after stopping the drug. This drug has a significant inhibitory effect on the sinoatrial node.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with sick sinus syndrome, sinus node dysfunction, bradyarrhythmia, or those who are allergic to this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: This experiment has not been conducted and there is no reliable reference. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women are prohibited from using this product, and lactating women should use it with caution.
