Function and Efficacy
1. Pharmacology The main ingredient of this product, aminopeptide, is an active substance extracted from animal organs. It can enhance the body's metabolism and disease resistance, help blood cell proliferation, differentiation, maturation and release, and has a good effect on increasing white blood cells and platelets. 2. Toxicology The LD50 of mice given by gavage is greater than 15g/kg; the results of subacute toxicity experiments on rats and dogs show that there are no abnormalities in the growth, blood count, liver and kidney function of animals; histological examinations show no pathological changes in organs such as the heart, liver, lung, kidney, stomach, intestine, spleen and adrenal glands. The mutagenic activity was detected by the Salmonella typhimurium/microsome experimental method. Aminopeptide was not mutagenic under the experimental conditions: in the safety experiment, no changes in chromosome karyotype and structure were observed, nor were drug-specific antibodies and immune complexes formed; in the determination of lymphocyte transformation, macrophage phagocytosis, the formation of specific antibodies, spleen function and CAMP, there were no significant changes.
