Indication

1. Used for wound healing after trauma or surgery, anti-inflammatory and prevention of local edema, blood accumulation, sprain hematoma, edema after breast surgery, otitis media, rhinitis, etc. 2. This product has a selective loosening effect on the ciliary ligament of the eyeball, so it can be used for cataract removal to make it easier to remove the lens. 3. It can dilute viscous sputum and make it easier to cough up. It is effective for both purulent and non-purulent sputum.

Adverse Reactions

1. Common symptoms include fever, heavy head, nausea, vomiting, rash, low gastric acidity, etc. 2. Pain and nodules are common at the site of intramuscular injection. 3. Allergic reactions may occur if large amounts are administered orally. 4. Sometimes it may cause prolonged coagulation time and decreased fibrinogen. 5. Intramuscular injection should not be used in patients with severe liver and kidney diseases, hemorrhagic ulcers, and abnormal coagulation function. 6. Patients under 20 years old with eye diseases or traumatic cataracts with unstable vitreous humor should not use it. Allergy test is required before use. Note: Chymotrypsin is contained in pancreatic juice and is activated by trypsin to hydrolyze aromatic amino acids such as phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan.
