Indication

1. Improve low desire and emotional disorders (slow reaction, lack of concentration, memory loss, lack of ideas, depression, anxiety, etc.) caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis and sequelae of cerebral stroke. 2. Acute and chronic peripheral circulatory disorders (limb vascular occlusive disease, Raynaud's syndrome, other symptoms of poor peripheral circulation). It is also suitable for vascular dementia, especially in the early stage of treatment, it can improve cognition, memory, etc., and can reduce the severity of the disease.

Usage and Dosage

Intramuscular injection: 2-4 mg each time, twice a day. Intravenous drip: 4-8 mg each time, dissolved in 100 ml of saline or glucose solution and slowly dripped, several times a day as specified by the doctor. Arterial injection: 4 mg each time, dissolved in 10 ml of saline, slowly injected over 2 minutes. Dosage: The treatment period and route of administration can be adjusted according to the clinical condition.

Adverse Reactions

Flushing, tinnitus, dizziness, fatigue, low fever, mild gastrointestinal discomfort, and decreased blood pressure may be seen. Occasionally, frequent urination, oral fissures, and mild changes in liver and kidney function and total cholesterol may be seen.

Precautions

This product is not suitable for the following situations: recent myocardial infarction, acute bleeding, severe bradycardia, orthostatic regulation dysfunction, bleeding tendency and allergy to nicergoline.

Drug Interactions

Nicergoline tablets may enhance the effects of antihypertensive drugs. Since nicergoline is metabolized by CYTP4502D6, interactions with drugs that are metabolized by the same pathway cannot be ruled out.
