Indication
Any type of pain that requires treatment with opioid analgesics.
Usage and Dosage
Intramuscular injection: The recommended single dose for adults is 5-20 mg, but the initial dose in clinical studies is 10 mg. The dose should be adjusted according to the patient's weight, age, pain level, physical condition and other medications. If necessary, give the drug every 3-6 hours, with a maximum dose of 20 mg/time, and a maximum of 120 mg/day. Intravenous injection: The initial dose is 5 mg, followed by 2.5-10 mg/2-4 hours.
