Long-term toxicity experiments on animals have shown that no abnormalities are found in blood pictures, blood and urine biochemical tests, circulatory system examinations, and pathological histological examinations.

This product is a white sterile freeze-dried powder, easily soluble in water, and becomes a transparent liquid after dissolution, with no insoluble matter visible to the naked eye.

It is used for the treatment of malignant tumors such as renal cell carcinoma, melanoma, breast cancer, bladder cancer, liver cancer, rectal cancer, lymphoma, lung cancer, etc. It is used for the control of cancerous pleural effusion and ascites, and can also be used for the cultivation of lymphokine-activated killer cells. 2. It is used for the treatment of tumor patients before and after surgery and after radiotherapy and chemotherapy to enhance the body's immune function. 3. It is used for the treatment of congenital or acquired immunodeficiency. It improves the patient's cellular immune function and anti-infection ability. 4. Intrathoracic and abdominal injection: rhlL-2 500,000-2 million units/20 ml of normal saline, thoracic or abdominal, once every 3-5 days, 3-5 times as a course of treatment. 3. Arterial catheter injection: rhlL-2 500,000-2 million units/100-250 ml of normal saline, hepatic artery catheter injection, 2-3 times a week, 3 weeks as a course of treatment. 4. Local injection: rhlL-2 500,000-2 million units/5-10 ml of normal saline, injected into the tumor or around the tumor at multiple points, once every 3-5 days, 4 weeks as a course of treatment. 5. Subcutaneous injection: rhlL-2 100,000-200,000 units/time, 1-2 times a week, 5 days a week, 6 weeks as a course of treatment.

The most common adverse reactions are fever and chills, which are related to the dosage. Generally, it is a transient fever (about 38°C), and there may also be chills and high fever. The body temperature can return to normal 3-4 hours after stopping the drug. Some patients may experience nausea, vomiting, and cold-like symptoms. Subcutaneous injections may cause local redness, swelling, nodules, and pain. All side effects can recover on their own after stopping the drug. When used in larger doses, this product may cause capillary leak syndrome, which manifests as hypotension, peripheral edema, temporary renal insufficiency, etc. The safe dosage should be strictly controlled when using this product, and symptomatic treatment can be given if the above reactions occur.
