Aspirin and acetaminophen in this product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and have antipyretic and analgesic effects; caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant and can enhance the antipyretic and analgesic effects of the above-mentioned drugs.

This product is a compound preparation, each package contains 230 mg of aspirin, 126 mg of acetaminophen, and 30 mg of caffeine

This product is white or off-white powder, tastes slightly sour and bitter, and easily deteriorates when exposed to moisture

Used for fever and headache caused by cold or flu; also used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as joint pain, neuralgia, toothache, menstrual pain, and muscle pain.

Oral administration. Adults take 1 pack at a time. If fever or pain persists, repeat the medication every 4-6 hours, but not more than 4 times within 24 hours.

1. Common gastrointestinal reactions include nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal discomfort or pain, etc. 2. Less common or rare reactions include ① gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers, which are more common in patients who take large doses of this product; ② allergic bronchial asthma; ③ rash, urticaria, skin itching, etc.; ④ hematuria, dizziness and liver damage.

1. Pregnant women and lactating women are prohibited from using this product. 2. People with wheezing, nasal polyposis syndrome, or allergies to aspirin and other antipyretic analgesics are prohibited from using this product. 3. People with hemophilia or thrombocytopenia are prohibited from using this product. 4. People with active bleeding disorders are prohibited from using this product. 5. People with severe liver and kidney dysfunction are prohibited from using this product.

Precautions during pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited from using.

1. It should not be used with anticoagulants (such as dicoumarol, heparin). 2. This product can increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions when used with corticosteroids. 3. This product should not be taken with chloramphenicol, barbiturates, and belladonna drugs. 4. If used with other drugs at the same time, drug interactions may occur.
