This product is a quinolone antibacterial drug. It is a broad-spectrum antibacterial drug. It has obvious antibacterial effects on Gram-positive bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Enterococcus faecalis; it also has good antibacterial effects on Gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Salmonella, Shigella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Proteus, Enterobacter, Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter, Neisseria (Neisseria gonorrhoeae, etc.). This product also has good antibacterial effects on mycoplasma, chlamydia, Legionella, anaerobic bacteria including Bacteroides fragilis and Mycobacterium. The mechanism of action of this product is to inhibit the action of DNA gyrase in the process of bacterial DNA synthesis and play a bactericidal role.

The main ingredients of this product are: Sparfloxacin. Chemical name: 5-amino-1-cyclopropyl-7-(cis-3,5-dimethyl-1-piperazinyl)-6,8-difluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-3-quinolinecarboxylic acid. Molecular formula: C19H22F2N4O3. Molecular weight: 392.41.

This product is a capsule, and the contents are yellow granules, powder or crystalline powder.

This product can be used for mild and moderate infections caused by sensitive bacteria, including: 1. Respiratory system infections: such as acute pharyngitis, acute tonsillitis, otitis media, sinusitis, bronchitis, bronchiectasis infection, pneumonia, etc.; 2. Intestinal infections: such as bacterial dysentery, typhoid fever, infectious enteritis, salmonella enteritis, etc.; 3. Biliary tract infections: such as cholecystitis, cholangitis, etc.; 4. Urinary and reproductive system infections: such as cystitis, pyelonephritis, prostatitis, gonorrhea, Neisseria urethritis, non- Gonorrheal Neisseria urethritis, adnexitis, intrauterine infection, cervicitis, vestibular glanditis, and urogenital tract infections caused by Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis; 5. For adults, take orally 0.1-0.3g at a time, not more than 0.4g at most, once a day. The course of treatment is generally 5-10 days. The course of treatment can be appropriately increased or decreased according to the type of disease and condition.

If it is necessary to take it, it should be taken at an interval of 4 hours. 3 When this product is used in combination with theophylline, caffeine, warfarin, and cimetidine, it does not affect the plasma concentration of the latter. 4 The pharmacokinetics of this product are not affected by the combination with digoxin and probenecid. 5 Nutritional supplements containing metal ions and vitamins containing zinc, iron, and calcium can be taken 4 hours after taking this product. 6 This product should not be used in combination with astemizole, terfenadine, cisapride, erythromycin, pentamidine, phenothiazines, tricyclic antidepressants, disopyramide, and amiodarone.
