1 Adenosylcobalamin is a vitamin and mineral deficiency drug. 2 This product is a congener of cyanocobalamin vitamin B12, that is, its CN group is replaced by adenine nucleoside to become 5-deoxyadenosylcobalamin, which is one of the two active coenzyme forms of vitamin B12 in the body and is a necessary substance for cell growth and proliferation and maintaining the integrity of nerve myelin sheaths. This product can be directly absorbed and utilized, has strong activity, strong affinity with tissue cells, and is excreted slowly.

The main ingredient of this product is adenosylcobalamin, and its chemical name is 5,6-dimethylbenzimidazolyl-5prime;-deoxyadenosylcobalamin.

It is mainly used for megaloblastic anemia, nutritional anemia, anemia during pregnancy, multiple neuritis, radiculitis, trigeminal neuralgia, sciatica, nerve paralysis. It can also be used for nutritional diseases and leukocytopenia caused by radiation and drugs.
