Vinpocetine for injection

This product is a cerebral vasodilator that can inhibit phosphodiesterase activity, increase the effect of c-GMP, a messenger for vascular smooth muscle relaxation, and selectively increase cerebral blood flow. It can also inhibit platelet aggregation, reduce human blood viscosity, enhance red blood cell deformability, improve blood fluidity and microcirculation, promote brain tissue to absorb glucose, increase brain oxygen consumption, and improve brain metabolism.

The main ingredient of this product is acetylglutamine.

Vinpocetine for injection is a white loose mass or powder.

Improve various symptoms caused by sequelae of cerebral infarction, sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral arteriosclerosis, etc.

Intravenous drip. The initial dose is 2 mg per day, added to an appropriate amount of 5% glucose or 0.9% sodium chloride injection and slowly dripped. Later, it can be increased to 30 mg per day according to the condition, or as directed by the doctor.

1. Allergies: Sometimes skin rashes, occasionally urticaria, itching and other allergic symptoms may occur. If such symptoms occur, the drug should be discontinued. 2. Mental and nervous system: Sometimes headaches, heavy head, dizziness, occasionally drowsiness, numbness of the lateral limbs. 3. Digestive tract: Sometimes nausea and vomiting, and occasionally loss of appetite, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms. 4. Circulatory organs: Sometimes symptoms such as facial flushing and dizziness may occur, and occasionally hypotension, tachycardia and other symptoms may be seen. 5. Blood: Sometimes leukopenia may occur. 6. Liver: Sometimes elevated transaminases may occur, and occasionally elevated alkaline phosphatase and jaundice may be seen. 7. Kidneys: Occasionally elevated blood urea nitrogen may occur.

1. Patients who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients who have not completely stopped bleeding after intracranial hemorrhage are prohibited from using this product. 3. Patients with severe ischemic heart disease and severe arrhythmia are prohibited from using this product.

This product should not be used together with heparin.
