Function and Efficacy
Shengxi Guanmaining Tablets can significantly reduce the levels of triolein and β-lipoprotein in serum, and the levels of blood lipids and cholesterol also tend to decrease. Shengxi Guanmaining Tablets show a significant lipid-lowering effect. Guanmaining Tablets can significantly prolong the survival time of mice poisoned by injection of beta-adrenalin and sodium nitrite, effectively reduce the content of triolein in serum, and the levels of blood lipids and cholesterol also tend to decrease, indicating that Guanmaining Tablets play a positive role in the treatment of coronary heart disease, prevention of atherosclerosis, relief of angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction, etc. Guanmaining Tablets were administered to rats at a dose of 6g/kg (equivalent to 165g of crude drug, 93.3 times the clinical dosage), and had no significant effect on the growth status, blood routine, liver and kidney function, and major organs in the body of mice, no toxic reaction, and can be taken for a long time.
